Return Conditions Products must be: ✔ unused ✔ clean and undamaged ✔ complete and in original packaging
Outdoor and bushcraft items that show visible signs of use (e.g. knives, tools, gear) will not be accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BLACKLINE TACTICAL
Article 2 – Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every agreement.
- Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Article 3 – The Offer
- The offer contains a clear and complete description of the products.
- Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.
- Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on the entrepreneur.
Article 4 – Formation of the Agreement
- The agreement is concluded after placing an order and receiving confirmation by email.
- The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders under special circumstances.
Article 5 – Prices and Payment
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made using the available payment methods.
- In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur is entitled to terminate the agreement.
Article 6 – Delivery
- Delivery takes place in accordance with the Blackline Tactical Delivery Policy.
- Exceeding a delivery period does not entitle the consumer to compensation.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
- The withdrawal conditions are included in the Return Policy.
Article 9 – Warranty and Conformity
- Products comply with the agreement and reasonable expectations.
- Wear and tear resulting from normal or intensive outdoor use is not covered by warranty.
Article 10 – Liability
- The entrepreneur is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.
- Outdoor, bushcraft, and survival products are used at the user’s own risk.
Article 11 – Complaints
- Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
- The entrepreneur will provide a substantive response within 14 days.
Article 12 – Applicable Law All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
